Summary0000630: [HW] Network is not working

One EVT board do not working of Network (ethernet port)
1. symtom
    : even though the lan cable is connected, network is not work (pop up the OSD of network error)
2. check point
    : I cannot check detaily because my scope was not good some times
    power rail is good, clock is good, ethernet LED is work well (Link is blinking, 10/100 led is turn on)
    I guess the transformer is not good state.
3. Label of this board is AD1

Mr. Kerwin will handcarry this board to you. check please and find root cause.
